Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 16 September 2026 · עברית
Teldan Information Systems Ltd. ("Teldan") is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to the whole public, including people with disabilities, and is working to make teldan.com and the INFO conference site accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 Part 1 (Web Content Accessibility) at Level AA.
Current status
The site is being brought into line with the standard. A combined review (automated tools plus manual keyboard and screen-reader checks) was carried out and the issues found were fixed. We do not claim full conformance until a final verification is completed; known limitations are listed below.
Accessibility arrangements on this site
- A "Skip to main content" link at the start of every page and semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer).
- Full keyboard operation, including the drop-down navigation menus, search, forms and the conference-program tabs, with a visible focus indicator.
- A logical heading structure with one main heading per page.
- Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Labels on every form field, required-field marking, and error messages linked to their field and announced by screen readers.
- Accessible names for icon-only buttons and links (search, menu, social media).
- Text and control contrast ratios that meet Level AA.
- The page language and text direction are declared (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right).
- The operating-system "reduce motion" setting is respected, and the site can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.
- Data tables have row/column headers and captions.
Known limitations
- The credit-card payment page in conference registration is supplied by a third-party payment provider (CreditGuard) and embedded in the site; its accessibility is outside our control. You can pay by invoice instead (an option on the registration form) or contact us using the details below.
- Videos are embedded from YouTube; some may not have captions.
- Downloadable documents (e.g. PDF event rules and past conference programs) pre-date this accessibility work and may not meet SI 5568 Part 2. Contact us for the information in an accessible format.
- Historical content of past conferences (archive) is shown as originally published and may contain isolated issues.
- Forms are protected by reCAPTCHA (invisible version, no user challenge).
